During the second half of the year 2025 and the beginning of 2026, the comet 3i Atlas has filled the media and the web with news that seemed to be taken from science fiction. Abi Loeb, a theoretical physicist at Harvard University, suggested that their behavior could correspond to an artificial artifact. What have we been able to learn from all this? Why did some think as he did, and others treat him as fanciful? In this training workshop we will review its exciting history and, perhaps, learn about its outcome.
