13th Sâlmon Festival | Gencat Cultural Agenda

Time and space are not only essential notions for choreography and other artistic disciplines, they also model our reality implicitly. In this edition, the festival Sâlmon It proposes to review ruling modes of understanding space and time to highlight the political dimension of these infrastructural aspects that often go unnoticed because they have naturalized.

Sâlmon offers 34 days of living arts with a concert 600 meters from the public; two montage reviews by Fabià Puigserver; a session of Italodisco, a performance that adds massage with a fabric of 30 meters; A piece created from experience with violence in the Middle East and Palestine by artists from there; a futuristic recreation of the relationship between conflicts in the same area and the historical memory of Catalonia; or the participation of two major contemporary thinkers, among other proposals.
