Sometimes we do not know how to take advantage of the surplus of fruit and seasonal vegetables. In this workshop we learn to conserve them to enjoy them all year. We will talk about jellies, jams, jams, pickle, fermented and marriage, and make three recipes.
We will learn the techniques for sterilizing and making a vacuum properly and what are the best practices for conserving products safely.
We recommend wearing 3 glass jars with a lid so that each one wins a sample of the elaborations at home!
