06/11 – 19 h. Inauguration: Sueño what I am of Xavi Carrión
From October 30 to December 5.
A project of Xavi Carrión
How is it possible to document the territory of dreams? Xavi Carrión through Sueño what I am (phrase taken by Julio Cortazar) leads us to a strange visit, to a dreamlike vertigo. Can we penetrate another’s dreams? Can we, in a way, introduce ourselves to the head?
The author through devices that combine objects and photographs leads us to a route; To a game of tracks for the maze of his views, between the stupor and the poetry, between his dreams and the nightmares, between what is manifested and hidden. In the unconscious that reveals and translates into a strange language (in a visual, but also sensory grammar) we find a little of ourselves, a form of a little familiar strangeness that echo our own dreams.
