Subsidies for the realization of the 30 Plus Program for the insertion of unemployed people aged 30 and over. Line 2, 2024 – Ateneo
Grants from the 30 Plus Program for the realization of projects that develop occupational actions to promote the employment of unemployed people aged 30 and over, providing them, among other resources, with the training and skills necessary to occupy a certain workplace.
The program consists of the following actions:
- Business prospecting and advice.
- Support in the recruitment and training process.
- Training linked to the employment contract and the needs of the participant (between a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 100 hours).
- Professional experience through employment contract (contract subsidy between 6 and 9 months).
