⚠️ NEW EXHIBITION ⚠️ 📆 Opening: Friday October 11 🕰️ 6pm 📌 Exhibition hall – First Floor of Block 11 This month LaKaligari offers us a 2×1. Two exhibitions in the same space. THE BIG VULVA BOOK – It is a photographic project that problematizes the position of genitalia in the construction of gender. Based on the recognition of how phallocentrism permeates our social conception of masculinity and power, a photographic series is replicated proposing a turn towards the vindication of the vulva and the questioning of the relationships between genitality-power-gender. TECNOBEBÉ – is a poetic and plastic arts project that recovers body memory during two egg donation processes. Through the scriptural record and the compilation of materials, it is proposed to give an account of the psycho-emotional processes that activate these treatments, as well as to make visible the less obvious production costs involved in the artificial manufacture of babies.
