Information session to learn about the cooperative housing in transfer of use – Ateneu

On Saturday, February 24, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m., the Ateneu La Nau de Cornellà de Llobregat will be the setting for an information session dedicated to cooperative housing in transfer of use.

The meeting is part of the cycle “Cooperative housing and plots of land of the Plan 50,000” and aims to bring this alternative and collective model of access to housing closer to the citizens of Baix Llobregat. During the session it will be explained how cooperative housing works, what are its main characteristics, the advantages it offers and some successful experiences already consolidated in the territory.

The event will also serve to publicize the necessary steps to promote a cooperative project and to resolve the doubts of the people attending. The final objective of the cycle is to create a first driving group of people interested in being part of a cooperative housing project in transfer of use linked to plots available in Cornellà and its surroundings.

The session will have the participation of industry leaders and organizations promoting cooperative housing projects.
