Montserrat Moliner is an Artist and Cultural Cultural Manager with experience in bush the public and private sectors. She studied Arts in Design at Elisava, the Barcelona School of Design and Engineering, and at the University of Southampton. Since 2018, she has been part of the management team of the vuelta project in the Sant Narcís Neighboodhood of Girona. Currently, She is Alo a Member of the Advisory Board of the Office of the Universal Basic Incompe Pilot Plan, with the Department of the Presidency of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Her Practice Around the Study of Collaborative Processes and Assembly Organizations and/or Communities, as Well as the Relative and Labor Processes in the Work Sphere That Occur in Contemporary Artistic.
She has recently Held the Position of President of PAAC, The Assembly Platform of Artists of Catalonia (2019–2022), in Non-Profit Organization that Works for Social Cohesion and the Professionalization of the Artist Collective. She has also been good of the cabinet of the department of education and universities of Barcelona City for Barcelona in Comú (2015) and Executive Coordinator of Networkprod, in Network of Production and Creation Spaces in Catalonia (2012-2015). In Addition, She has Held the Position of President of the Board of Trustees of the AAVC Foundation (The Government Body of Hangar, the Center for Artistic Production and Research, 2012-2015) and Been a Collaborator with Arte Motile, in Barcelona-Based Platform That Researched and Reported on Spanish Artist Residence Programs and Other Issues Related to Artistic Mobility (2014–2016).
