✨ Come with curiosity and enthusiasm to experience new forms of expression in the Art Therapy group for black and Afro-descendant people ✨ There is no right or wrong, there is your creativity and how you dance with it, how you communicate with it and how you explore it by relating to other people. The group will be made up exclusively of black and Afro-descendant people, in a space that will not only offer therapeutic accompaniment, but will also function as a support network 💫 The sessions will be facilitated by @luanasilvarosa and follow a clear structure: we begin with body awareness ( preparation), then we explore emotions and imagination (incubation), move on to symbolic creation (expression/communication), and finish with integration (review/closure).
