The Ciutat Vella Art Festival presents the 15th edition that will take place on May 9, 2025 in the cloister of the Civic Center Convent Sant Agustí!
Registration open from January 28 to 25 February 2025 !
Aimed at young people between 12 and 21 years old
You can submit an individual or collective proposal in any discipline: stage-music and visual.
What is FAJ?
We invite you to participate in this event dedicated to promoting youth artistic talent in the district. The festival will take place on May 9, 2025 in the cloister of the Civic Center Convent Sant Agustí and will be a unique opportunity for young people from 12 to 21 years old to show their creative proposals in a community and celebration space.
Participants can submit proposals in any discipline within the three artistic categories:
🔹escènica (dance, theater, magic, cabaret, poetry, circus, etc.)
Visual (photography, drawing, ceramics, graffiti, short films, crafts, etc.)
🔹Musical (rap, vocal or instrumental improvisation, beatbox, singer -songwriter, etc.)
On the day of the FAJ a jury will evaluate the different proposals to select the winners for each category obtaining the corresponding prize:
🔹Escènica and musical: a paid performance within the cultural program of the Espai Jove Palau Alòs.
Visual: Residence and support for the creation of a project at the Civic Center Convent Sant Agustí.
Public PREMI: Support for production worth € 100.
The FAJ is open to any young person linked to Ciutat Vella, who likes art and, above all, who is eager to participate! It is not a requirement that young people and young people presented have a professional training or career.

Who can participate in the FAJ?
You can participate if you are 12 and 21 years old, you have a connection with Ciutat Vella and you like art.
You can present yourself individually or in groups in any of the FAJ categories, if you are a group 75% of members must be between 12 and 21 years old.
How can I participate in the FAJ?
Just fill out the registration form and tell us what your proposal is.
The deadline for submitting proposals is from January 28 to 25. Outside this period will not be accepted registrations.
The proposal you submit can not last longer than 8 minutes.
Places are limited, if you are already clear your proposal do not lose the opportunity! They will be awarded in order of registration and receipt of all the necessary documentation.
The organization team reserves the right to exclude proposals that do not meet or consider the requirements.
From the festival organization we will contact you whether you are selected or not.
Once the proposals are selected we will accompany you and you can count on our preparation support!
