The award has recognized the work done in the #ComerçVerd program that Barcelona has deployed in its municipal markets and which has represented a qualitative leap both in terms of the volume of local, organic food, from small producers, farmers or markets that they are consumed in the city as a result of the fact that citizens have easier access to these products. The other awards have been for: Ayuntamiento de Baztán: awarded for its project in the residence for the elderly, articulating the local supply of healthy and agro-ecological foods in collaboration with local producers. Aínsa-Sobrarbe Town Hall: awarded for its Sustainable Local Canteen and Ecological Garden, which involves the educational community and local producers. @ayuntamientodefuenlabrada : special award in collaboration with the Milan Pact of Urban Food Policies for its Cómete Fuenlabrada project, which promotes itinerant direct sales markets. #AlimentacióSostenibleBCN 🅱️
