Conference ‘Women as creators in the history of art’

This talk arises from the need to make known incredible and unjustly forgotten women in the history of art. Through a journey through various events in the world of art, we will recognize how these authentic references must recover the place that was torn from them. Emotions are an internal language, a tool for self-knowledge and expression: they are transitory experiences that manifest through our bodies. Conference ‘Women, migration, feminisms and economies of resistance: meeting Kangyun Xiao’

Through Kangyun Xiao’s career, we will learn about her work in favor of the dignity of migrant women’s lives in Barcelona through her areas of expertise: Immigration and Nationality Law and everything related to how to undertake and build self-management projects in the context of feminist, anti-racist and intersectional, solidarity and social economies of resistance.
