With live broadcast on YouTube.

Participants: Evânia Reichert and David Barba

An essential account of the wild and vulnerable strength of a generation that resists the theft of bonds, digital addiction and the climate threat

Fifteen years after the publication of the celebrated Childhood, the sacred ageEvânia Reichert gives us another wonderful book. The Age of Power offers a revolutionary and profoundly vitalist look at adolescence.
Far from the discourses that pathologize this stage, the book claims its transformative force in a world traversed by dizzying changes. Through six major themes—sexuality, gender, bonds, work, climate crisis and identity—the futuristic intuition of a generation that is already shaping the course of the 21st century is explored.
With a lucid and provocative approach, the author combines rigorous research with interviews with key thinkers about the challenges and potential of new generations. The result is a living work, with a Reichian soul and a plural body, fueled by years of experience, study and personal experiences. A book that inspires, moves and opens horizons in times of uncertainty.

“A wonderful book of practical wisdom to understand and accompany
teenagers in difficult times”.
