In this workshop, addressed to womenwe will use body painting as a vehicle to explore and work on communication, limits and consent. We will discover how paint strokes can convey emotions, thoughts and messages, and create a unique and personal visual language. We will learn to communicate our limits clearly and to listen and respect the limits of others. Body painting gives us the opportunity to practice active consent, making sure that all participants feel comfortable and respected at all times.

Do not forget to come with comfortable clothes to make the workshop.
